A career is something that it is very important phase for each and every students life. In Today's world  most of the students don't know which career they should choose after 10th ,12th or even after graduation. Why other countries is  having more literacy level then India? Why India is so much far from the list of literacy ? Why other countries like Australia, France, England is much above ? The only answer for all these questions is that " Majority of Students in India don't pay more attention for what they want to become". They are confused that whether I should opt for Engineering or Doctor or Law or anything . There is a lack of interest among students that whether they should focus on this for future job. We don't think about what we should take as career and about 15-20% students are serious in India for future , for dreams , for career , others are just dependent that when time will come we will see what to opt? We don't have future plans in  our mind that I should be doing these after my 12th or 10th or after graduation . We are just dependent on others and just opting the career also by seeing the behind person what he/she is pursuing. In India, we know that each and every students don't able to go for school due to finance problems but that is not the only deal to be kill our dreams . If we want to make our country India as one of the top most literate country everyone has to work . Each and every person have to work to make our "INDIA FUTURE READY". Every one must have to work from a child to a job seeker every person has to focus on dreams to make our country a successful in terms of education . "PLANNING MAKES PERFECT IN EVERYONE'S LIFE". We should focus on career rather than spending the whole day watching Netflix, Facebook , Instagram etc. Mostly the age between 16-23 are mostly attracted on social media rather than thinking about their career. Dreams are very important to be successful in life and we should have to work on it . If we can spend a 1-2 hour a day or 3 hours a week thinking or planning for our future then by near future India will be on one of the top most Literate country. A seminar must be kept on schools for the students of age between 18-22  about How  we should get ready to plan for future ? If student can think , they can achieve . There is nothing impossible in these world . Lastly . I want to conclude myself by saying that "Student must give little bit time not asking for whole day but an hour is enough to be prepared for future ".
